This bright and cheerfully furnished house is a comfortable property, which is equipped with modern amenities for 2 families. On the property there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower, the entire pool area has been provided with a noble Bangkirai Wood. The south-facing terrace in front of the house is equipped with a seating area. Local plants greening the well-kept grounds. The area on the terrace for breakfast and evening barbecue with the whole family. Behind the house you will find the desired privacy. Our 2 family house Casa Alba has an open air conditioned living room with sofa, a separate dining area and satellite TV, and a modern fully fitted kitchen. Total: 3 bedrooms and two superbly equipped bathrooms are available. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and shower. In the 1st floor you will find another large bathroom with modern bath tub. The adjoining master bedroom with large fitted wardrobes has character and apartment features 1 double and 2 single beds and an additional Sitzgrzppe so that the house can accommodate 2 family comfortably. In addition, the apartment has a south-facing spacious roof terrace. A car parking spaces and a garage are also available on the enclosed property. The house is through traffic away from any traffic surrounded by the urbanization and yet the beach. Sun loungers and garden furniture are standard in all our houses. Dogs are allowed in Casa Alba. A childs cot and high chairs you will get of course upon request from our manager. By the way our managers can be reached by mobilephone in Disease Emergencies 24 hours around the clock for you and your family. All our properties are furnished with the following basic equipment:
- All plots are fenced with a fence or a wall, so that your dog can move freely in the grounds.
- Pillows, blankets and linens are inclusive in each house for max. indicated number of persons present.(pax)
- Towels, bath towels and a hair dryer are not included, please bring with you.
- Well-equipped kitchens with glasses and dishes, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, kettle and big fridges
- A SAT or digital TV with international Televison and music programs.
- At least one car parking lot in front of or at the grounds, some houses have a carport or garage as well.
- Each house has an outdoor barbecue, garden furniture belongs to the terraces and 2-4 sunbeds.
- (Exception: The Beach-bungalows Nr. 1 till 8 and the apartments are not furnished with sunbeds and the plots are not fenced!)
- You can rent a high chair and a childs cot by arrival. Please contact our caretaker
